MTP - Model Train Products TR-4 TREE KIT is created from all natural products and will give you good looking trees for your model railroad. Easy to use and build, you should be able to get 4-6 trees per kit, depending on how large you make each tree.
Let's get started making trees!!

- Materials you will need- 1/2" masking tape, spray paint, small brush and acrylic paint, scissors or utility knife

1) Start by peeling off all of the larger leaves from each branch and setting each branch aside.

2) Now group branches together to form a tree.

3) Wrap a 3-4" piece of masking tape around the stems of the branches you have gathered to form the trunk.
You now have a TREE!

4) Using spray paint, apply color to the entire tree top. MTP recommends greens for spring/summer or reds, oranges, yellows for fall. Don't forget to spray from the bottom up into the tree top. Always use adequate ventilation and an approved paint mask!

5) Allow the tree to dry completely. Use a small brush and acrylic paint to color the trunk and as many branches

as possible. MTP recommends dark gray, as tree trunks are almost never brown.

6) Allow the trunk and branches to dry. Trim the trunk to your desired length.

Your tree is now ready to plant onto your model railroad! Make a hole in your
layout and place the tree in the hole.  Apply glue if necessary.

Repeat these steps to make as many trees as possible from this kit.
